The conference fee for the VII Forum EMR-PL is 1000 PLN brutto.

The conference fee includes:
• participation in the conference on 25-24 June 2024
• conference materials
• welcome reception
• coffee breaks
• lunches
• conference gala dinner
• conference excursion

NOTES:
1) The conference fee does not include the cost of accommodation.
Accommodation should be booked on your own.
2) Insurance: The conference fee does not include any personal, travel or medical insurance.
